Roasted Mate Syrup is a concentrate made from organic yerba mate that you mix with water to create a refreshing mate lemonade – no more lugging heavy crates. Our roasted syrup is produced by gently roasting the mate leaves, similar to coffee roasting. The result: an intense roasted aroma that tastes fuller and stronger than classic green mate. You control the sweetness, intensity, and caffeine content yourself.

Mixing ratio 1:16 - Shake the bottle, mix one tablespoon of syrup (approx. 6.25ml) per 100ml of ice-cold (sparkling) water and enjoy, just the way you like it - perfectly balanced for gentle energy. For a large glass (250ml), use 2-3 tablespoons of syrup.

Tip: Add ice cubes, lemon, or mint to taste. Your homemade mate drink with a natural caffeine boost is ready!

The ready-mixed drink contains approximately 8.8mg of caffeine per 100ml (at the recommended mixing ratio). That's less than our natural syrup (14.4mg) – ideal for the afternoon or if you prefer a gentler effect.

Not just for Matelimo! Perfect as an invigorating mate iced tea, for mixing cocktails, as a topping on ice cream, or as a base for homemade energy drinks.

While our natural syrup offers the classic, slightly grassy mate flavor, the roasted version scores points with its natural roasted aroma, more intense and characterful taste, and slightly milder caffeine content.

Unopened, at least 12 months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks.

A 500ml bottle, using the recommended mixture (1 tbsp per 100ml), yields approximately 80 servings of 100ml each, or up to 8 liters of ready-to-drink mate.
